Founded in 2019, John Mervin has led GEORDAN ESTATES to become one of the leaders in developing Geordan Marvel downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Graduating from Anna university, John Mervin's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to envisage one of the largest upstander gated community for north Bangalorens, John Mervin is still taking GEORDAN ESTATES to new heights in the years to come.

With a background in small town development and investing, Sudarshan quickly adapted to big city business in 15 years, Sudarshan has moved up the ranks and has become our newest president. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Sudarshan also spearheads most of our companies events and generate profit out reach.
Chief Marketing Officer
Graduating from Bangalores finest art school, Yesheswini has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new investors, Yesheswini has made a name for herself with spacious designs. Recently becoming an instructor at her alma mater, along with her community service, Yesheswini has proven to become the face of GEORDAN ESTATES a positive asset to the community.
